Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Elite Tax Solutions, our primary objective is to ensure absolute client satisfaction. We encourage all clients to review the specific terms and details of each service package before engagement. In instances where you are dissatisfied with our service, a refund may be issued following a formal internal investigation to verify genuine grounds for the claim.


Cancellation Guidelines

  • Change of Mind: We are not obligated to cancel a service or issue a refund if a client simply changes their mind after the service has been initiated.

  • Service Hold: If a client requests to pause the processing of their service, we will retain the paid fees as a credit for a maximum of one month from the original payment date.

  • Right to Rectify: We reserve the right to make every reasonable effort to complete the service before approving a refund request.

  • Cancellation Fees: If a service is terminated following a refund request, the following deductions will apply: a 20% cancellation fee, any fees already earned by the company, and any costs previously paid to government bodies or third-party vendors.


Refund Process & Eligibility

  • Eligibility: Refunds are exclusively granted if Elite Tax Solutions fails to deliver the service from our end, subject to an internal review.

  • Timeline: Once approved, the refund will be processed and credited within 7 days.

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Fees already earned by the company cannot be returned, as they compensate for the time, labor, and resources invested by our team.

  • Deductions: Refund amounts will be subject to deductions for administrative costs, processing fees, and payment gateway charges.

  • External Fees: We cannot refund any amounts paid to government authorities (such as taxes or filing fees) or other third-party entities involved in processing your order.

Your privacy is a cornerstone of our relationship. We have established a comprehensive Privacy Policy that details how we collect, manage, and safeguard your personal information. This policy is considered an integral part of our User Agreement.


Force Majeure (Unforeseeable Events)

Elite Tax Solutions shall not be held liable for any failure, interruption, or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control. These “Force Majeure” events include, but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires, storms, or hurricanes).

  • Public health crises (epidemics, famines, or plagues).

  • Legal or political disruptions (war, terrorism, labor strikes, changes in law, or actions by public authorities).

  • Other unforeseen acts of God or public enemies.
